Your content, your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you upload. Do not upload passports, identity documents, medical data, crew personal data, other sensitive data, or photos focused on identifiable people.
Account security
Accounts must be used only by authorized users. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if access should be removed or if an account may be compromised.
Ownership of your data
Reports, files, and vessel records remain your content. OpenHull Sync processes them only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
